TRANSPARENCY FIRST
Equari is being built around a straightforward idea: you should be able to understand what you agreed to pay and what ultimately posted. Here's what we can—and cannot—say today.
The amount you confirm on a receipt is the comparison point. A pending card authorization can differ while a tip or adjustment is still being processed. Equari's intended comparison uses the final posted charge—not an unfinished authorization.
A difference can have legitimate explanations. Equari is designed to surface a difference for your review, not to label a merchant fraudulent.

The marketing website does not request bank credentials, receive transactions, or accept receipt uploads. The iPhone app and private-beta systems are developed and reviewed separately.
There is currently no live email-collection form. The consent-based waitlist will be opened only after its dedicated infrastructure and privacy disclosures are tested.
For the future app, the goals include an intentional choice of accounts to monitor, minimal data access, preserving original receipt evidence separately from interpretation, and clear states for pending, verified, and review-needed outcomes.
These are design and engineering objectives—not a claim that every production security or compliance control has been independently audited or certified.
Read the prelaunch privacy noticeEquari isn't a promise of reimbursement, automatic refunds, chargebacks or dispute resolution.
A posted difference deserves context. It is not, by itself, proof of fraud.
We will not present unverified security certifications, financial institution partnerships or customer adoption figures.
